The basis of our coated in organic dark chocolate of a triple collection (6 pieces in total) with a completely new flavor, is originating from a 150-year-old Japanese tea garden organic Matcha tea blend. The Asian, exotic Yuzu fruit with very fine acids makes it all the more magical. The third member of the series is a two-layer combination of matcha and 100% strawberry puree. To sweeten the fillings, we use the absolute specialty of Valrhony, the so-called "cocoa honey", which could perhaps be compared to the method of processing and the result from Tokajské aszu beans.
We are convinced that it is currently among the healthiest chocolate boxes in the world - in addition to stimulating the body and mind, strengthening our immune system, speeding up metabolism - it relieves stress. A real antioxidant bomb and very tasty at that.
Of course, the dominance of fine-tuning of flavors and colors also applies here!
