When will my order be ready for personal collection?

Our stores always offer fresh pralines, table chocolates, dragees and creams. If you choose the personal collection option, you can pick up your order at any time during the store's opening hours.

When will I receive my order if I have requested home delivery?

We deliver orders within 1-5 working days of placing them. Our products are freshly made and heat sensitive, so we ship Monday-Thursday to avoid longer storage at the shipping company's facility. Once the package is shipped, it takes approximately 1-2 business days for delivery to the address provided. GLS courier service will inform you about the day and time of delivery via SMS and e-mail.
If you would like delivery on a specific day, please indicate this request in the notes.

What payment options do you offer?

On our e-shop you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash on delivery. In case of cash on delivery, you can pay at the courier in cash or in some cases by credit card.

How should I store my chocolates and pralines?

ZAX chocolates are tastiest when they are freshly made, so we recommend that you consume them as soon as possible. If you need to store them, keep them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Is it possible to order your products abroad?

Yes, currently GLS courier service allows delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Netherlands, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovenia, Estonia and Ireland.

Please note that cash on delivery is not possible for international deliveries. For orders to Hungary, please select ZAX Hungary from the menu above.

Are your products suitable for vegans and people with milk and gluten intolerance?

All our products are gluten-free and all our dark chocolate products are dairy-free. Our hazelnut-chocolate cream, called Zsutella, is also dairy and gluten free. For up-to-date information on suitable products for allergies and intolerances, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email.
