Our beginnings
It all started nine years ago in our kitchen, where the idea to combine
beloved chocolate with our passion for innovation. Number of hours spent training,
business meetings and courses grew steadily and our passion gradually turned into
into a professional profession. Thanks to our perseverance and love for chocolate, ZAX was born.
We moved a short distance from our hometown and decided to open our first
brick-and-mortar shop together with a chocolate workshop on the banks of the Danube. Our production
plant is equipped with top-of-the-range machines that we have been inspired by abroad. This has given us
allows us to achieve the highest quality of our products, to create unique chocolate
creations and bring new delicious flavours to our customers. Every detail in production contributes to
that each product is not only a delight for the taste buds, but also an artistic
that reflects our passion for chocolate.
Our team
Meet our chocolate master Zsuzsa, an artist in the chocolate world,
who creates and decorates unique chocolate creations by hand. Her creations, from pralines and dragees
to fine creams and premium slab chocolates, have won several international
awards for excellence and originality.
To ensure that these delicious products reach you in the best possible quality, Ferenc is in charge,
who ensures their safe transport to your door. The result of their teamwork
is reflected in every piece of chocolate, which is full of dedication, passion and love for
craft.
Our philosophy
Our policy is to use only the highest quality raw materials. We have travelled to all the world where cocoa is grown in large quantities to find premium quality. Our heart of South America and Africa, vanilla from Madagascar, hazelnuts from Piedmont and almonds from California and the Mediterranean. Each of these ingredients is extremely important to achieve the excellent quality of the final product that we are able to bring you a chocolate experience you won't forget.
